  2. "Service" refers to the marine vessel cleaning, yacht detailing, hull antifouling treatment, deck sanitation, eco-friendly cleaning product supply, and waste management consultancy services offered by Sirena Sweep.
  3. "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the person or entity using our services or accessing our website.
  4. "Website" refers to Sirena Sweep's online platform, SirenaSweep.com, and all associated web pages.

2. Service Agreement

All services provided by Sirena Sweep are subject to a separate service agreement or quotation, which will detail the scope of work, pricing, schedule, and specific terms relevant to that particular service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the service agreement, the terms of the service agreement shall prevail.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, an upfront deposit may be required before commencing services.
  2. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule in the service agreement.
  3. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum permissible by law.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard services.
  2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost.
  3. Specific project-based services may have different cancellation terms outlined in their respective agreements.

5. Eco-Friendly Practices

Sirena Sweep is committed to eco-conscious marine care. We primarily use eco-friendly cleaning products and adhere to sustainable waste management practices. While we strive to use environmentally safe methods, clients acknowledge that certain circumstances may necessitate the use of specific products. All efforts will be made to minimize environmental impact.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sirena Sweep will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sirena Sweep and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
